Saving a Telephone Book

The telephone book is saved in an XML file.

Instructions: Saving a Telephone Book

1. Select "Telephony / Telephone Book".
2. Click "Save" and save the XML file on your computer.

Restoring a Telephone Book

You can restore the telephone book in the same FRITZ!Box or transfer it to another FRITZ!Box.

Rules

• Restoring the telephone book overwrites the already existing telephone book in the FRITZ!Box. All telephone book entries are deleted.

Instructions: Restoring a Telephone Book

1. Select "Telephony / Telephone Book".
2. Click on the "Restore" button.
3. Click "Select File" to choose the saved telephone book (XML file).
4. Click the "Restore Telephone Book" button.
