All incoming calls at a glance

We made the call list on your FRITZ!Fon C4 or MT-F even easier to read: For each incoming call, a symbol indicates whether you accepted or missed the call. The messages on the FRITZ!Box answering machine are also displayed here and can be played back at the press of a button.

New audio formats for better acoustics

Is lossless sound playback especially important to you? Then you will appreciate the new FRITZ!OS, for it enables the media player to support the "FLAC" and "Ogg" audio formats.

Webcam images directly on the FRITZ!Fon display

Are you a webcam fan? Then you will be thrilled with the new ability of your FRITZ!Fon C4 or MT-F: Both can show webcam images directly on the telephone display. Simply enter the URL of the appropriate online camer using the FRITZ!Fon keypad to enjoy the view of Times Square, the Eiffel Tower or your own private webcam!

Motion sensor controls lighting on the FRITZ!Fon C4

With the new FRITZ!OS your FRITZ!Fon C4 controls the keypad illumination automatically: Whenever you pick the handset up, the display lights up. The brightness automatically adjusts to ambient light. The display lighting switches off when you hold the handset to your ear for a call.

Dial Around service on IP-based lines from Deutsche Telekom

Everyone who would like to use the Deutsche Telekom's "Call-by-Call" (Dial Around) service on their IP based lines to always take advantage of the most economical prefix: This service is supported by the new FRITZ!OS 6.20 möglich. You can save a general provider prefix or define dialing rules to use different provider prefixes, for instance one for mobile and another for international calls.

Better support for Gigaset telephones

The latest FRITZ!OS also provides better support for using Gigaset telephones on the FRITZ!Box. Now you can use the telephone book and other convenience features with many of these models.
