Loading of the Current Radio Channel

The new "Loading of the Current Radio Channel" function on the "Wireless / Radio Channel" page allows the visualization of the wireless LAN load on the radio channel currently used for both wireless LAN bands. This makes it possible to evaluate the transmission capacity possible on each of the selected channels. The lower the loading of the radio channel, the better the potential data throughput there.

Guest Access with Consent to Terms of Use

If desired, registration with the wireless LAN or LAN guest access can be permitted only after the user has consented to the terms of use. A captive portal is displayed to the "guest" for approval; otherwise no access to the Internet is granted. This way FRITZ!OS can announce to its users the legal regulations that currently apply to guest access.
