Configuring and Using Quick-Dial Numbers
In the first local telephone book, you can assign quick dial numbers. A quick dial number consists of two numerals (00 - 99); a vanity numbers of 2 - 8 letters (for instance, ANNA).
Configuring and Using Quick Dial and Vanity Numbers
You can dial telephone numbers faster with quick dial or vanity numbers.

- Select "Telephony / Telephone Book" in the user interface.
- If you use different telephone books, select a telephone book.
- Go to the desired telephone book entry and click on the button with the pencil:
- Click on "More options" at the bottom.
- Enter a quick dial number (for instance, 01) and/or a vanity number (for instance, ANNA).
- Click on "OK".

- Dial **7 and the quick-dial number (for instance, **701).

By default, quick dial and vanity numbers are not displayed in the telephone book. You can have them shown:
- Select "Telephony / Telephone Book" in the user interface.
- Click on the button with the plus and minus sign in the overview with your contacts:
- Enable "Quick-dial No." and "Vanity".
