Prioritizing Devices

The "Prioritize this device" setting in the details of network devices in the home network is an easy way to ensure that individual devices receive preferential treatment over other devices. When this setting is enabled, your device is added to the prioritized devices with real-time applications.

This function uses the prioritization from the filter settings ("Internet / Filters / Prioritization"), which can be switched on and off for a single device conveniently in the "Home Network / Network / Network Connections" area.

Example

You would like to participate from your workplace at home in an important video conference without any interference, using the internet connection exclusively.

Instructions: Prioritizing a Device

Important:Prioritizing a device can result in restrictions for other devices and applications with a lower priority.
