Editing a Template (Radiator Control)

Via the templates, individual radiator controls and groups of radiator controls can be combined and controlled together. You can create new templates, edit them, or make them from existing settings.

General Settings

For all templates you can assign a name and select devices to which the template is to be applied.

Name of the template The name used to manage the template within the home network. The name of the template can be changed freely at any time.
Device Selection In the Device Selection you can choose the Smart Home devices and groups to be assigned to the template.

The following settings are available in the template for radiator controls:

Selecting an Automatic Setting

Schedule:

For each individual weekday you can specify at what times a previously specified temperature is to be maintained. Outside these times a defined setback temperature is maintained.

Vacation switching (party switching):

Define up to 4 periods during which the schedule is disabled and a constant temperature is maintained.

"Heat off":

Define a period during which the heating is off.
The heating valve remains closed during this time and the radiator control is set to an expanded power saving mode to save battery power.

Change temperature until next automatic switching point

You can change the temperature manually. The manually set temperature will be maintained until the next automatic switching point.

Important:If you choose this setting, the template will be active only until the next switching point. Afterward the previously applied template will be applied along with its configured schedule, vacation switching and/or "Heating Off".

 

"Heating off":
Define a period during which the heating is off. The heating valve remains closed during this time and the radiator control is set to an expanded power saving mode to save battery power.
