Saving Data from Internal Memory

You have the option of saving the data from the FRITZ!Box's internal memory.

Example

Saving data from the internal memory of the FRITZ!Box may be necessary, for instance, before you load the factory settings, because the internal memory is deleted when the factory settings are loaded or the FRITZ!Box is restarted. If faxes or answering machine messages are stored there, they will be lost.

Saving Data

  1. Click on "FRITZ!NAS" in the header of the FRITZ!Box user interface.

    FRITZ!NAS is opened.

  2. Enable the selection modus by clicking on "Select":
  3. Click here with the mouse to select the data you want to save.
  4. Click on "Download" in the toolbar.
  5. The selected files are compressed into a ZIP file.
  6. Save the ZIP file.

Your data from internal memory have now been saved.
