In the FRITZ!Box you can set up call blocks for outgoing and incoming calls. Call blocks for incoming calls block unwanted calls. Call blocks for outgoing calls prevent the dialing of certain telephone numbers.
Telephone numbers from the call list can also be blocked directly on your FRITZ!Fon.
Setting Up Call Blocks
Example 1
You would like to block telephone numbers that pester you with sales calls. Configure call blocks for incoming calls from these telephone numbers.
If you accept a sales call on the FRITZ!Fon, you can block the caller's telephone number right in the call list on the FRITZ!Fon.
Example 2
You would like to prevent users from dialing expensive premium telephone numbers. Configure call blocks for outgoing calls to these telephone numbers.
