Adjusting Tables

For optimized display of even voluminous amounts of data, tables adjust to the size of your screen. In addition, you can specify which contents are shown and how they are sorted.

Sorting Table Contents

Contents of a table can be sorted by column:

On a PC or tablet

  1. Click on a column header.

    Two arrows appear.

  2. Click on the arrows. To sort the table contents of a column in ascending order, the upper arrow must be solid . To sort in descending order, the lower arrow must be solid .

On a smartphone

  1. Tap on the "Sort criteria" list.

    A selection list of table columns appears.

  2. Scroll through the list to the desired table column including the sorting criterion: ascending or descending.
  3. Tap on "Finished".

Selecting and Deselecting Table Entries

On a PC or tablet you can select and deselect entries in some tables:

  1. Select the three dots at the table header.

    A selection menu appears.

  2. Click with the mouse or tap on the table entries to be rendered in the table.
  3. Select "Finished".
