Adjusting Notification Settings in the MyFRITZ! Account on myfritz.net

If you entered an email address during configuration of your FRITZ!Box, the FRITZ!Box automatically sends important information on events to this address. Important events include, for instance, new versions of FRITZ!OS or assistance when you've forgotten the FRITZ!Box password.

You can adjust these settings at any time in the MyFRITZ! settings of your MyFRITZ! account on myfritz.net.

Instructions: Adjusting Email Notification in the MyFRITZ! Account on myfritz.net

  1. Open myfritz.net in a web browser.
  2. Log in using your MyFRITZ! user information (email address and the password you entered when configuring your MyFRITZ! user account).
  3. Click on "MyFRITZ! Settings" in the menu with the three dots.
  4. Click on the "Email Notifications" tab.
  5. Enable or disable the events about which you would like to be informed by email about changes or new features.
  6. Click on "Save".
  7. Click on "Log Out" in the menu with the three dots.
