System / Event Log
The event log of your FRITZ!Repeater can be viewed under "System / Event Log". FRITZ!Repeater records error messages and information about operation in the event log.
Using the Event Log
Viewing Information on an Event
- Click on an event to view additional information about this event.
Filtering Event Log by Areas
- Select areas from the list in order to view all events or only events for individual areas:

| All | Messages on all technology areas |
| System | Messages on general operation of the FRITZ!Repeater (for instance, logins to the user interface) |
| WLAN | Messages on the wireless radio network (for instance, switching Wi-Fi on and off, registrations with the Wi-Fi guest access) The FRITZ!Repeater can also log every instance when a wireless device registered or deregistered. For this, enable the "Log registrations and deregistrations and expanded Wi-Fi information" checkbox on the "Wi-Fi" tab and click "Apply". |
Deleting the Event Log
Because the FRITZ!Repeater has only limited space to store events. Every time the FRITZ!Repeater is restarted, all events are deleted.
In addition to this automated deletion of events by the FRITZ!Repeater, you have the option to delete all events manually.
- Select the "All" area in the selection list.
- Click on the "Delete List" button.
