On the "Restore" page you can load to the FRITZ!Repeater all of the settings you saved in a backup file.

You can use the following backup files to do this:

  • backup files that were created with this FRITZ!WLAN Repeater
  • backup files that were created with a different FRITZ!WLAN Repeater of the same model

Restore Settings

When settings from a backup file are restored, all of the current settings of the FRITZ!WLAN Repeater are overwritten.

Proceed as follows to restore your saved settings to this FRITZ!WLAN Repeater, or a FRITZ!WLAN Repeater of the same model:

  1. Enter the password you assigned when creating the backup file.
  2. Depending on the browser, click "Browse" or "Open File" and select the backup file.
  3. Click the "Restore" button.

    The settings are loaded to the FRITZ!WLAN Repeater.

After the settings have been applied, the FRITZ!Box must be restarted.
